Feel Good * Live Well - The Wellness World Health & Lifestyle Show Returns to Halifax


Halifax, N.S. – The Wellness.World Health & Lifestyle Show (formerly the Wellness Expo), now in its 19th year, is just a little over one month away! Exhibits and seminars focus on wellness in health (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual), environment, finances, relationships and expression. For the first time, the popular weekend consumer show will take place at The Cunard Centre.

The Wellness.World Health and Lifestyle Show is Nova Scotia’s largest wellness event, which features over 100 exhibits. A fun and engaging family event where attendees can experience everything from Aromatherapy to Zumba. The event features 5 themed areas featuring interactive displays, and 3 live demo/presentation areas.


The Show runs September 16th from 10AM - 5PM to September 17th from 10AM - 5PM. Tickets are $15 for an all-inclusive weekend pass, or $10 for one day. This event is free for children aged 16 and under. Discounted Early Bird Tickets are available online at  Registration at the door is also available.

Feel Good * Live Well - The Wellness Expo Returns to Moncton


Moncton, N.B. – Now in its 13th year, the Wellness Expo returns to Moncton for its popular spring event. The Wellness Expo is a weekend exhibition show open to the general public. Exhibits focus on personal, social and environmental well-being.  There are presentations and workshops all weekend featuring the latest in Health, Well-being and Personal Growth.

  • Wellness Experience Sweepstakes - Draw May 7th at the Expo - We are drawing an All-inclusive Wellness Getaway to the Five Star Akumal Bay Beach And Wellness Resort in Riviera Maya including round trip airfare from Moncton, NB.  Sweepstakes entry is free upon completion of event registration.


  • Child Minding Service - What kids Need Moncton will be providing donation based child minding services in a designated area so parents can visit the Expo and attend presentations
